Real-estate cadastre, uniformly processed nationwide as GeoPackage in EPSG:25832, from the official open-data sources of the 16 states. Currently in Germany 400 districts and 10,949 municipalities.
Ready-made packages per state; districts are clipped on demand — both with a free account, smaller areas such as most municipalities also without sign-up.

What is included?
- Parcels — cadastral parcels with identifier, field/number and official area
- Building footprints — building outlines with building function
- Land use — settlement, transport, vegetation, water
Bavaria is the only state that does not publish parcels as open data — the parcels there are the free parcel approximation by Minonexus GmbH (CC BY 4.0, unofficial), without parcel identifier or official area.
